Worden brings more than 30 years of experience in closing communication gaps between stakeholder expectations and company practices. Closing gaps in communication leads to safer workers, better products and more satisfied customers by sharing information on these complex issues with employees, labor unions, plant communities, customers and the general public.

Since 1994, Worden has been a member of the Issue Management Council, an international organization of issue managers, and currently serves on its Board of Directors.

Worden received his Bachelor of General Studies degree in history, political science and psychology from the University of Michigan. He and his wife Ann reside in Perrysburg, Ohio.
